Home health aides help eligible individuals maintain an appropriate level of self-sufficiency. Program screening is determined by an HHS nurse or social worker.

Provides home health aides who offer personal care services to eligible adults including the frail elderly, adults 18 and over with disabilities, and families with children at risk of abuse and neglect. Also provides parent aides to families at risk.
